Job Opening – Banarasi Chaat Master (Chef)
Location: Authentic Banarasi Bhandar, Mira Road, Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced Banarasi Chaat Master who specializes in authentic Banarasi street food preparation.
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates from Varanasi (Banaras) are highly preferred.
- Candidates from nearby areas of Uttar Pradesh or Bihar may also apply.
- Experience in preparing traditional Banarasi dishes is mandatory.
Skills Required:
- Banarasi Tamatar Chaat
- Palak Chaat
- Samosa Chaat
- Kachori Sabzi
- Jalebi
- Golgappe/Pani Puri
- Dahi Puri and other Banarasi snacks
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Banarasi chaat and snacks maintaining traditional taste and quality.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage daily preparation and stock requirements.
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Salary: Best in the industry (based on experience)
