Clinical Assistant

About the Role

We are a specialist diabetes clinic in Borivli looking for a sincere, reliable female Clinic Assistant to work closely with our diabetologist and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do

•       Receive and register patients at the clinic

•       Manage appointments and patient records

•       Assist the doctor during consultations

•       Record the vitals before consultation

•       Diet Counselling to patients

•       Handle patient phone calls and enquiries

•       Maintain clinic supplies and cleanliness

•       Data entry and preparation work for upcoming consultation days

Working Hours

•       Doctor visit days (3 days/week): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

•       Non-visit days (3 days/week): 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (flexible, prep work)

•       Sunday: Off

Who Should Apply
