Delivery Boy Biker

Role Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and punctual Delivery Boy / Pickup & Delivery Executive to handle customer pickups and deliveries for Cleand – The Laundry Spa. The candidate will be responsible for collecting garments from customers, delivering cleaned garments safely, coordinating with the store team, and maintaining professional behaviour with customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick up laundry, dry-cleaning items, shoes, curtains, and other service items from customers.
• Deliver cleaned and packed items to customers on time.
• Verify customer name, order details, quantity, and bill amount before pickup/delivery.
• Handle garments carefully and ensure there is no loss, mix-up, or damage during transport.
• Coordinate with store staff/customer care team for daily pickup and delivery schedules.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
• Keep daily pickup and delivery records updated.
• Follow company route plans and delivery instructions.
• Carry Cleand ID card during working hours as per company operating standards.
• Candidate RequirementsMust have a valid Driving License.
• Must have own Bike / Scooty.
• Must have valid vehicle documents:
• RC Book
• Insurance
• PUC
• Vehicle papers
• Should know local routes and nearby areas.
• Should be punctual, disciplined, and honest.
• Basic smartphone usage is required.
• Prior delivery experience will be preferred.

Petrol AllowanceThe company will provide petrol allowance as per company policy and assigned delivery routes.
