Job Description

1. Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms and the company website.

2. Update product information, pricing, images, and inventory.

3. Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.

4. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for timely order fulfillment.

5. Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

6. Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.

7. Optimize product content for better visibility and conversions.

8. Monitor marketplace performance metrics and resolve listing issues.

9. Analyze customer behavior and recommend improvements to increase sales.

10. Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities.
