Job Description

*Job Title:* IT Support Specialist - Call Center (Night Shift)


*Job Summary:*

We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our call center team on night shifts (Mon-Fri, 7pm-5am). You'll troubleshoot and resolve tech issues, handle tickets, and ensure smooth operations.


*Responsibilities:*

- Resolve user tech issues via phone/chat/email

- Troubleshoot hardware/software/network problems (password resets, printer issues, etc.)

- Handle ticket management and ensure timely resolution

- Support new staff onboarding

- Focus on problem-solving and technical expertise


*Salary:* ₹15,000 - ₹25,000


*Shift:* Night shift (7pm-5am), Mon-Fri
