Job Title: Office Assistant (Female)


Location: Mira road e

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: minimum 6 months

Job Summary:


We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive female Office Assistant to manage the overall day-to-day functions of the office. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties, coordinate operations, and assist in basic bookkeeping and record maintenance. Candidates with experience in accounts or bookkeeping will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:


Candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day functioning of the office.


Handle all administrative and clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.


Maintain filing systems, office records, and documentation properly.


Manage correspondence — emails, phone calls, and courier dispatches.


Handle procurement and maintenance of office supplies and inventory.


Support in preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.


Assist in bookkeeping, accounting entries, petty cash handling, and record keeping.


Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for operational efficiency.


Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist management with administrative support.


Ensure the office environment remains neat, professional, and well-organized.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


Graduate / HSC with good communication and organizational skills.


Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling).


Basic bookkeeping or Tally knowledge preferred.


Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Good interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

Preferred Candidate:


Prior experience as an Office Assistant, Admin Executive, or Accounts Assistant preferred.


Candidates residing nearby Mira road or Western line will be preferred.

Office timings' 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
