Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting diamond and jewellery products.
- Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain product features, pricing, certifications, and care instructions.
- Handle billing, inventory, and store upkeep.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Support promotional activities and in-store events.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in jewellery, diamond, or luxury retail preferred.
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
