Job Description
Generate leads through calling, references, field visits, online enquiries, and existing customer database.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documents required, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
Follow up with customers for documents and application status.
Collect and verify basic documents like PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, ITR, GST details, salary slips, and property papers if required.
Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and NBFCs for loan login, approval, sanction, and disbursement.
Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and lead status reports in CRM/Excel.
Build good relationships with customers and referral partners.
Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth.
