Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products.

Explain loan options such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, and Home Loan.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

Generate quality leads and maintain proper follow-up.

Collect basic customer details and required documents.

Coordinate with the sales and processing team for loan applications.

Maintain daily calling reports and update lead status regularly.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Maintain good communication and follow company calling guidelines.
