Job Description
1.Position: Site Supervisor
Company: Shekhawat Infratech
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities at the site
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and deadlines
Manage labor, materials, and site resources efficiently
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
Monitor safety practices and maintain site discipline
Prepare daily progress reports and update management
Handle on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
2.Position: Videographer
Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality videos and photos of construction sites and projects
Document before/after work, progress updates, and client testimonials
Edit videos for social media, marketing, and company presentations
Handle camera equipment, lighting, and basic audio setup
Work closely with the marketing/team for content planning
Maintain proper file storage and backups.
