We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling through visuals and is eager to explore the future of content creation through AI-driven videos, motion graphics, and explainer content.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Video Editor who can transform ideas into engaging visual stories. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, possess a strong creative mindset, and enjoy learning new trends and technologies.

You will be working on a variety of projects including:

• AI-powered personalized videos
• 2D explainer videos
• Product promotional videos
• Corporate and healthcare awareness videos
• Motion graphics and animation content
• Social media reels and short videos
• Doctor and patient education campaigns

This role requires someone who enjoys taking ownership, experimenting with creative concepts, and continuously improving their craft.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Create motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects
• Work on storytelling, transitions, pacing, and visual enhancements
• Add music, sound effects, subtitles, and graphics
• Create high-quality edits for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms
• Maintain consistency in design and branding

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create engaging 2D explainer videos
• Design animated scenes, typography, lower thirds, and visual assets
• Create infographics and animated visual communication pieces
• Work on transitions and effects to improve viewer engagement

AI Video Creation

• Learn and work on AI-powered video tools and workflows
• Assist in creating AI avatar videos and AI-generated content
• Explore emerging AI technologies and bring innovative ideas
• Experiment with new video formats and automation tools

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with content writers, designers, project managers, and clients
• Understand briefs and convert concepts into visually engaging outputs
• Manage multiple projects and meet timelines
• Take ownership of tasks and proactively solve challenges

Required SkillsMust Have:

✔ Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro

✔ Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects

✔ Understanding of video editing fundamentals

✔ Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation

✔ Understanding of audio syncing and transitions

✔ Creative thinking and storytelling skills

✔ Ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating 2D Explainer Videos
• Experience in Reels, Shorts, and social media video editing
• Basic understanding of Photoshop or Illustrator
• Exposure to AI tools used in content creation
• Understanding of typography and visual composition
• Knowledge of healthcare/pharma content is a plus
• Familiarity with animation workflows
