About the RoleWe are looking for a sincere, disciplined, and energetic Office Boy / Peon to support daily office operations at our marketing office. The candidate will assist staff with administrative and housekeeping tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
- ResponsibilitiesServe tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises
- Handle office errands and document deliveries
- Assist with photocopying, filing, and basic office support work
- Support the marketing and sales team with day-to-day activities
- Manage pantry supplies and office essentials
- Open and close office premises as required
- Assist visitors and clients courteously
- RequirementsMinimum education: 10th Pass preferred
- Prior office boy / peon experience is an advantage
- Honest, punctual, and well-mannered
- Basic understanding of office discipline and hygiene
- Ability to communicate in Marathi and Hindi
- Candidate should reside in or near Sangli / Miraj
