Sales & Marketing Executive

Madmax Energy Drink is hiring energetic Sales & Marketing Executives for distributor and retail market expansion.

Responsibilities:

Appoint new Distributors / Super Stockists / Dealers in assigned territory

Generate sales through retailers, wholesalers, and general trade outlets

Visit market daily and onboard new retail stores

Ensure product placement, visibility, branding, and stock availability

Build strong relationships with distributors and retail partners

Execute promotional campaigns, sampling, and activation programs

Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, schemes, and activities

Monitor distributor stock movement and secondary sales

Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Coordinate with branding and marketing teams for local promotions

• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback

Requirements:

• FMCG/Beverage sales experience preferred
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Own bike & smartphone
• Target-oriented field sales mindset
• RequirementsExperience in FMCG / Beverage / Soft Drink / Energy Drink sales
• Strong distributor and retailer network preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must own a bike/scooter for field travel
• Basic smartphone knowledge for reporting and communication
• Self-motivated, aggressive, and target-oriented personality
• Preferred CandidateExperience with brands like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Sting, Red Bull, Monster, or FMCG companies
• Knowledge of local market routes and distributor ecosystem
• Ability to independently handle territory growth
