Automobile Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Industrial Automation segment. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B technical sales, lead generation, customer meetings, and quotation preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. • Conduct customer meetings and business development activities across Pan India. • Identify customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions. • Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations. • Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams for solution development. • Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities. • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM/MIS regularly. • Build long-term relationships with OEMs, System Integrators, End Users, and Channel Partners. • Support backend sales activities, documentation, and order processing. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targe Required Skills Technical Skills • Good understanding of Industrial Automation products and solutions. • Ability to understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable solutions. Sales & Soft Skills • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Experience in lead generation and business development. • Good negotiation and relationship management abilities. • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
