We are looking for Jio Point Assistant Manager – Moga Ludhiana Area

Job Responsibilities

1.    Support the Jio Point Manager in driving sales and expanding the Jio Point business across the assigned territory.

2.    Assist in achieving acquisition and revenue targets for Jio products and services.

3.    Coordinate with channel partners (dealers, retailers, and distributors) to ensure smooth business operations.

4.    Monitor stock availability and product visibility across assigned retail outlets.

5.    Assist in inventory management and ensure timely stock replenishment.

6.    Support daily cash collection activities and ensure timely deposits as per company policy.

7.    Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with internal teams for operational support.

8.    Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and service quality standards.

Skills & Competencies

·      Good knowledge and understanding of the particular area.

·      Basic understanding of sales and distribution operations.

·      Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

·      Ability to manage inventory and support distribution activities.

·      Basic knowledge of cash handling and operational discipline.

·      Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Education, Experience & Budget

·      Education: Graduation degree in any discipline required.

·      Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, telecom, FMCG, or distribution operations.

·      Budget: Up to 2.39 LPA Fixed.

·      Age: Maximum 25 years.
