Job Description
Position: *Co-ordinator*
Location:*Moga, Punjab*
Job Summary:-
The Co-ordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the center for special children. The role includes scheduling therapy sessions, coordinating with therapists and parents, maintaining records, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting the efficient functioning of the center.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate daily operations and therapy schedules for special children.
- Manage appointments, admissions, follow-ups, and parent communication.
- Maintain proper records of attendance, therapy sessions, assessments, and reports.
- Coordinate between therapists, psychologists, special educators, and management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of centre activities and child support services.
- Assist in planning therapy sessions, meetings, workshops, and parent counselling schedules.
- Handle enquiries from parents regarding therapies, programs, and child progress updates.
- Support staff management, duty coordination, and operational workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality of child records and centre information.
- Monitor discipline, cleanliness, safety, and child-friendly environment within the centre.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Coordinate with vendors and administrative staff for centre requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with centre policies.
- Support new admissions, orientation, and parent guidance processes.
- Assist management in organizing awareness programs, events, and activities for special children.
Required Qualifications:-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in coordination, administration, healthcare, education, or rehabilitation services preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and record management skills.

- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional behavior and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle parents and staff professionally.
