3D Visualizer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser to join our design team. The role involves translating architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality, photorealistic visualisations while maintaining a strong understanding of materials, lighting, composition, scale, and spatial detailing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to work closely with architects and interior designers to develop compelling visuals from concept to final presentation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for architecture and interior design projects.
• Translate 2D drawings, design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and references into accurate 3D environments.
• Produce interior and exterior visualisations, including still renders, views, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals as required.
• Create realistic materials, textures, lighting setups, furniture, accessories, and architectural elements.
• Maintain accuracy in scale, proportions, materiality, detailing, and spatial relationships.
• Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand design intent and develop visuals accordingly.
• Incorporate design revisions efficiently and maintain consistency across multiple views.
• Source and customise appropriate 3D assets, materials, textures, and entourage.
• Prepare models and scenes efficiently for rendering while maintaining an organised workflow.
• Assist in developing design presentations and visual communication material.
• Ensure all final renders meet the studio's standards for quality, composition, realism, and detailing.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
