Job Description

Express Visa Migration Services is seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Company Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage company financial records and transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Prepare payroll and employee salary records
• Ensure compliance with taxation and accounting regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of financial activities
• Monitor company expenses and recommend cost-saving measures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
