Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Assembly Line Technician with 2+ years of experience in the LED manufacturing industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in LED product assembly, electrical wiring, testing, and quality inspection while ensuring adherence to production and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble LED lighting products as per production drawings and work instructions.
• Perform electrical wiring, soldering, fitting, and component installation.
• Conduct functional testing and quality inspection of assembled LED products.
• Identify and rectify assembly defects and report production issues.
• Maintain production targets while ensuring product quality.
• Handle electrical tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment safely.
• Follow SOPs, 5S practices, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with quality and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain production records and report daily output.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of LED product assembly and electrical components.
• Hands-on experience in wiring, soldering, and testing.
• Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and assembly drawings.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work in shifts.
• EligibilityQualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in an LED manufacturing or electronics assembly environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
