Asst Manager - Tool Room

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Monitoring and supervising the Tool room Manufacturing Activities and Ensure Timely completion of all job orders.

Strong Knowledge of Jigs and Fixtures design and manufacturing processes.

Responsible for Procurement and planning of Cutting tools and Jigs-Fixtures and Spares management.

Should Possess knowledge of all kinds of Tool room machines like VMC,CNC, Conventional machines like Lathe, Milling Grinding etc.

Strong knowledge of All cutting tools geometries like Drill, End mill, gear cutting tools etc. for Regrinding on CNC and tool and cutter machines.

Manpower Planning. Job Allocation and Performance Monitoring of team, Should have Good Man Management skills.Plan and Coordinate with Production team for Predictive and Preventive Maintenance of Jigs and fixtures to ensure smooth production.

Responsible for Handling Breakdowns in Jigs and Fixtures, troubleshooting on production and Assembly lines.

Coordinating with design and Production department for new development of toolings and fixtures as per requirement.

Ensure Safe working conditions, Safe working Practices and Safety Culture
