Job Title: BPO Chat Support Executive

Shifts : Rotational (Day/Night)

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Record customer interactions and update relevant systems
  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team when required
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and response time
