🎯 Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive franchise growth by identifying potential franchise partners, closing deals, and expanding the brand footprint across key locations. The role involves end-to-end franchise sales—from lead generation to onboarding and relationship management.
- 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads for franchise opportunities (investors, entrepreneurs, business owners)
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and pitches to potential franchise partners
- Explain business model, ROI, investment plans, and brand value proposition
- Convert leads into successful franchise closures
- Manage the complete sales cycle: inquiry → meeting → negotiation → closure
- Build and maintain a strong franchise pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
- Assist in franchise onboarding, documentation, and agreement processes
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations for expansion
- Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners for long-term growth
- 📊 Key Skills Required:Strong sales and closing skills (high-ticket sales preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
- Understanding of franchise business models and investment structures
- Ability to present financials (ROI, payback, margins) confidently
- Target-driven with a go-getter attitude
- Networking and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of legal/franchise agreements is a plus
- 🎓 Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA (preferred)
- 💼 Experience:3–6 years in franchise sales / business development / high-value sales
- Experience in F&B, retail, or franchise industry is highly preferred
- 💰 Compensation:Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (per franchise closure)
