Job Description
About the Role Global Edtech is looking for an energetic and experienced Team Leader to lead our Admissions & Sales team. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve targets, we'd love to meet you.
- ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Admission Counsellors.
- Drive team revenue and admission targets.
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, demos, and conversions.
- Coach and train team members to improve performance.
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure CRM updates and process compliance.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Academic teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Requirements2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Experience in EdTech or Education is an added advantage.
