Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh for the Best Paying BPO Call Centre Jobs. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer service support, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. 

Day-to-day tasks include data entry, managing customer databases, and working collaboratively with a team to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

·         Customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities

·         Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls

·         Proficiency in data entry and managing customer databases

·         Team collaboration and ability to meet performance targets

·         Good verbal and written communication skills

·         Basic computer and technical skills

·         Previous experience in a BPO or call center is a plus

·         High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in relevant fields are beneficial
