Preference for person/couple experienced in guest house, hotel or Airbnb handling.
We are looking for a reliable full-time caretaker for an Airbnb property in Mohali.
Job Responsibilities:
• Guest check-in & check-out coordination
• Property supervision and security
• Housekeeping & cleaning coordination
• Linen and room arrangement
• Basic maintenance follow-up (electrician/plumber if needed)
• Handling guest calls and support
• Maintaining cleanliness and smooth functioning of the property
Requirements:
✔ Honest, responsible and trustworthy
✔ Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge
✔ Hindi/Punjabi speaking (basic English preferred)
✔ Experience in hotel, guest house, Airbnb or caretaker work preferred
✔ Local candidate preferred
