Job Description

Job Title: Retail Sales Associate (Fashion/Apparel)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting products.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell merchandise.
  • Maintain store displays, cleanliness, and product presentation.
  • Handle stock replenishment and inventory checks.
  • Support billing and checkout operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10th qualification.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible retail hours.
