We are looking for a skilled and passionate Multi Cuisine Cook who can prepare a variety of dishes including Indian, Chinese, Continental, Fast Food, and Tandoor (if applicable). The ideal candidate should have experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, hygiene standards, and delivering quality taste consistently.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook dishes from multiple cuisines as per menu standards.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are maintained.
• Manage daily kitchen prep work and ingredient stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen area.
• Follow recipes, portion control, and food safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely service during busy hours.
• Monitor food wastage and control costs.
• Check freshness of raw materials and storage conditions.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years experience as a cook/chef in restaurant, hotel, or cloud kitchen.
• Knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Continental, Fast Food dishes.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced kitchen.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Flexible for shifts/weekends.
• Preferred:Experience in cloud kitchen / QSR / food court.
• Basic inventory management knowledge.
• Ability to create new dishes/menu ideas.
