Job Description
Job Title: CRM Executive
- Key Responsibilities:Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, services, and satisfaction.
- Generate and maintain CRM reports and customer data.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.
- Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Qualification:Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, or a similar role (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
