Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for both Voice and Non-Voice Processes. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience through calls, emails, chats, and other communication channels.

  • RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service/BPO is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Shift & Working HoursWillingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
  • Flexible working hours based on operational needs.
  • Weekly off will be provided on a rotational basis.
