Customer Relations Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client communication, resolve queries, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Provide timely resolutions to customer concerns and complaints.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Generate regular reports and feedback updates.

Eligibility

Prior experience in customer support, BPO, sales, or client handling preferred.
