- Location: Mohali (Upper Mansion)
- Salary: ₹30,000 CTC
- Shift: UK Shift (Monthly Rotations)
- Internet reimbursement provided
- 5.5 days working (Alternate Saturdays off)
- UK Bank Holidays calendar followed
- 3 Months Probation Period
- During probation: 6 days working week
Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a UK shift process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience through calls, emails, and chats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Provide support through calls, emails, and chats
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Deliver excellent customer service experience
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Customer service experience is preferred
