Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Salary : 20K - 30K (per month)
Location : Mohali, Gurgaon.
Immediate joiners prefered.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a polite and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and queries efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher education/graduates welcome).
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
- Skills: Excellent / Good English Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Job Details & Perks Location: Mohali, Punjab
- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 CTC per month (dependent on skills & experience)
- Working Days: 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Offs)
- Shifts: Rotational Shifts
- Cab Facility: Free cab facility provided for female employees during night shifts
