2-10 years (Sales roles require experience in Carbide Cutting Tool domain)

# Salary: Hike on current CTC as per market standards

#Job Profile (for Sales roles):

1. Generate new enquiries for tool trials

2. Manage target sales activities and post-sale activities

3. Maintain business relationships with customers

4. Conduct competitive trials and prepare reports

5. Provide training on metalworking, tool identification, and productivity

6. Demonstrate knowledge of grades and geometry selection for inserts

7. Conduct trials on CNC turning, milling, drilling, and special purpose machines

8. Lead generation skills required

# Requirements:

- Sales experience in Carbide Cutting Tool domain (for Sales roles)

- Strong knowledge of metalworking and cutting tools
