If you have a passion for logistics, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and carriers, we want to hear from you! 

**Key Responsibilities**: 

- Act as a liaison between shippers and carriers to secure freight. 

- Identify and develop relationships with potential new customers. 

- Negotiate rates with carriers and clients to ensure profitability. 

- Maintain thorough communication with clients and carriers to ensure timely delivery of shipments. 

- Manage load tracking and provide real-time updates to clients. 

- Handle load documentation and ensure compliance with federal regulations. 

- Work independently to achieve monthly revenue and sales goals. 

**Qualifications**: 

- Proven experience as a freight broker or freight broker agent. 

- Strong knowledge of the U.S. transportation and logistics industry. 

- Established book of business or carrier relationships preferred. 

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. 

- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently. 

- Proficiency in freight management software and Microsoft Office.
