Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of freight brokering experience (bonus if you have a book of business to bring with you!)
- Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
