Full Stack Web Developer

About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Web Developer to join our development team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js, with strong integration of PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases. Additionally, you'll be responsible for contributing to our DevOps processes to ensure smooth deployment, performance, and monitoring of applications in production environments.

• Key Responsibilities:Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications.
• Build and maintain frontend components using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases for data modeling and integration.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows (Docker, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers in an Agile environment.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Requirements: 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with DevOps practices: containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Nice to Have:Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with logging/monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, Grafana).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
