About the Role:We’re seeking a creative, tech-savvy Graphic Designer & Content Creator who can craft eye-catching visuals, engaging videos, and social media content — while leveraging the latest AI tools to boost creativity and productivity.

You should have a strong eye for design, a passion for content creation, and a solid understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies. From static posts to short-form videos and AI-enhanced visuals, you’ll be at the core of our brand’s visual identity.

• Key Responsibilities:Design and produce visually compelling graphics, short videos, and promotional materials for web, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance workflows, automate tasks, and improve creative output.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align visuals with campaign goals, brand identity, and performance metrics.
• Create content optimized for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI innovations, and digital marketing techniques to keep content fresh and competitive.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery.
• Edit and repurpose video content into reels, stories, ads, and social snippets.
• Understand digital marketing basics such as engagement metrics, conversion funnels, and brand positioning.
• Requirements:2+ years of experience in graphic design and content creation.
• Proficiency with design and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Working knowledge of AI design/video tools like Runway ML, Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, etc.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing content formats.
• Ability to think creatively and work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design and video work.
• Nice to Have:Knowledge of SEO, ad creatives, or performance marketing.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or other productivity apps.
