Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic professional who can manage teams, streamline processes, and drive overall business operations. The ideal candidate should be strong in leadership, strategy, people management, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations across departments
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams
- Create SOPs, workflows, and improve processes
- Track company KPIs, productivity & performance
- Coordinate between HR, Sales, Marketing & Tech teams
- Handle hiring planning and resource allocation
- Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive growth
- Work closely with founders/leadership on strategy
Required Skills
- Team leadership & stakeholder management
- Operations planning & process optimization
- Strong decision-making & problem solving
- KPI tracking, reporting & data analysis
- Project management (Agile preferred)
- Excellent communication & coordination
- Experience scaling teams/startups (big plus)
