फुल-टाइम केयरटेकर / हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ की आवश्यकता (Airbnb Property – मोहाली)


हम मोहाली स्थित Airbnb प्रॉपर्टी के लिए एक विश्वसनीय, ईमानदार और जिम्मेदार फुल-टाइम केयरटेकर / हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ की तलाश कर रहे हैं।

होटल, गेस्ट हाउस, होमस्टे या Airbnb का अनुभव रखने वाले व्यक्ति / कपल को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।


कार्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Job Responsibilities):

• मेहमानों के चेक-इन एवं चेक-आउट का समन्वय

• प्रॉपर्टी की देखभाल एवं सुरक्षा

• हाउसकीपिंग एवं सफाई व्यवस्था

• लिनेन (चादर, तौलिया आदि) एवं कमरों की व्यवस्था

• छोटी-मोटी मेंटेनेंस का फॉलो-अप (इलेक्ट्रीशियन / प्लम्बर आदि)

• मेहमानों के कॉल एवं सहायता संभालना

• प्रॉपर्टी की साफ-सफाई एवं सुचारु संचालन बनाए रखना


योग्यता (Requirements):

✔ ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार एवं भरोसेमंद व्यक्ति

✔ स्मार्टफोन / WhatsApp की बेसिक जानकारी

✔ हिंदी / पंजाबी बोलने वाले (बेसिक अंग्रेज़ी को प्राथमिक


✔ होटल, गेस्ट हाउस, Airbnb या केयरटेकर कार्य का अनुभव वरीयता

✔ स्थानीय उम्मीदवार को प्राथमिकता


नौकरी का प्रकार:

फुल-टाइम (रहकर / Live-in)
