Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Mohali
Experience: 1–7 years
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to manage recruitment and basic HR operations. The candidate should be good at communication and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in onboarding and documentation
- Support daily HR activities and office coordination
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field (MBA/HR preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Working Days: 6 days a week
Timing: [e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM]
