Job Description: Inside Sales Executive (SaaS)Position Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition. You will own the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals, conducting virtual demos to showcase how our SaaS platform solves client pain points.
- Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sales: Follow up on inbound leads, manage the pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct high-impact virtual demos tailored to prospective clients' business needs.
- Consultative Selling: Identify customer pain points and recommend optimal subscription tiers and add-ons.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) for accurate forecasting.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Track Record: Proven success meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and virtual presentation skills; ability to explain tech simply.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRMs, video conferencing, and sales engagement tools.
