Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software systems, ensuring network security, and resolving technical issues to support smooth business operations.


Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
  • Monitor and maintain network performance, internet connectivity, and security.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network problems.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
