Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Sales Executive to help us acquire new clients through platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, pitching our services and SaaS products, and conducting the initial sales call to help convert prospects into paying clients. This role involves working on projects for clients interested in our existing products and services, including the SaaS products we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate new business leads on Upwork, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
- Craft compelling proposals, bids, and outreach messages tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct initial sales calls via phone and Google Meet to understand client needs and present our solutions.
- Pitch our SaaS products and custom development services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track progress in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects consistently until deal closure.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and project estimates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities on freelancing platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in IT services).
- Hands-on experience using Upwork, LinkedIn, or similar platforms for lead generation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into client-friendly proposals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows.
- Good understanding of web development, mobile apps, AI/ML, and SaaS products is a plus.
