Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to drive business growth through on-ground outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit companies, corporate offices, and businesses in the local area to connect with HR teams and decision-makers
• Build and maintain relationships with influencer teams and their management for potential collaborations
• Generate leads and collect data on potential clients through field visits and networking
• Drive inquiries and walk-ins by promoting our services/brand directly to prospects
• Maintain a daily record of visits, contacts made, and leads generated
• Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into business opportunities
• Coordinate with the internal team to report progress and plan outreach strategies

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable with field work
• Ability to travel locally and meet targets
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred
• Knowledge of the fitness and wellness industry is mandatory
• Understanding of fitness trends, gym culture, and wellness services to effectively pitch to relevant clients
• Knowledge of local market and businesses is a plus
