Job Description
What You Will Do
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and schedule our team of doorstep car wash technicians.
Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure bookings are fulfilled efficiently and on time.
Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Inventory & Logistics: Manage equipment, cleaning supplies, and resource allocation across service zones.
Problem Solving: Address any operational bottlenecks, customer feedback, or on-ground challenges swiftly.
Who We Are Looking For
Experienced Leader: 2+ years of experience in operations management (experience in logistics, on-demand services, or automotive sectors is a huge plus).
Execution-Focused: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using operational software, maps, and booking management tools.
Great Communicator: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate on-ground staff and handle client relations when needed.
