🔍Profile:PMT Manager(Product Management Team)
👨🎓Qualification: B.Pharm/MBA(pharma management preferred)
Experience : 8yr- 10yr
💵Salary: 65K-70K
🗝️ Key Responsibilities - .Product Strategy & Planning-
-Develop marketing plans for assigned products.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
-Identify new product opportunities and portfolio expansion.
Brand Management
-Position products effectively in the market.
-Create promotional campaigns, literature, and digital content.
-Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
Sales Support-
Work closely with sales team(MRs,ABMs,RSMs) to achieve targets.
Monitor sales performance and suggest corrective actions.
Market Research & Analysis
Track prescription trends, doctor preferences, and patient needs.
Analyze competitor strategies and pricing models.
