Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to streamline internal operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The role involves tracking tasks, following up on processes, maintaining data, and providing regular updates to management for better decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and monitor daily operational processes within the organization
  2. Take regular follow-ups on various FMS (Task Management System) tasks with respective team members and managers
  3. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks by giving proper reminders for pending activities
  4. Maintain strong coordination between different departments to ensure smooth workflow
  5. Track task progress and maintain accurate records of all ongoing and completed activities
  6. Maintain and update data, reports, and MIS records related to tasks and processes
  7. Provide regular inputs and status updates to management regarding work progress, bottlenecks, and process improvements
  8. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on FMS, task status, and operational performance
  9. Support teams in improving process efficiency and maintaining accountability
