We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Learning Experience Leader to join our team in Mohali and Indore

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and leadership

• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training programs

• Develop curriculum, training modules, and assessments for preparatory courses

• Deliver technical preparatory training based on enterprise requirements

• Motivate trainees and ensure effective learning outcomes

• Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities

• Update and revise training content as per business and process changes

• Maintain all training documents and materials as the content expert

• Develop and manage induction and onboarding programs

• Monitor trainee progress through assessments and manager feedback

• Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements

• Support e-learning initiatives and create digital learning modules

• Research and implement new workplace learning methodologies

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO is mandatory

• Experience in training, coaching, or process learning preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities

• Understanding of e-learning tools and training methodologies

• Fintech process experience will be an added advantage

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
