Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collect rent from tenants and maintain records.
  • Handle tenant queries and property-related issues.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work.
  • Conduct regular property visits and inspections.
  • Follow up with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Maintain property documents and reports.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day management of all properties.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Own vehicle preferred.
  • Experience in property, facility, or estate management preferred.
