Role 

We are looking for a Quote Support Manager to join our Deal Desk Operations team. This role is based in Mohali, India, reporting to the Director, Global Deal Operations. The Quote Support Manager will support Sales and the deal process while managing the Quote Support team, ensuring successful execution of the quote process with adherence to strategy, commitments, and goals, as well as compliance with policies and procedures. You’ll be responsible for leading and developing an efficient and productive team while supporting the Sales organization.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Provide day to day leadership, providing guidance to a team of analysts on decision making and critical thinking, supporting the business in achieving long term goals
  • Subject Matter Expert on your team’s activities and responsibilities and serve as an escalation point on Quote-To-Order processes, identifying cause, and ensuring appropriate resource(s) are engaged for resolution
  • Partner with peer organizations and leadership to drive global best practices, refine policies, strategies, and processes
  • Leverage reporting and analytics to mitigate potential contract and order issues as well as for measuring the team’s key performance indicators
  • Work with your team members to create goals that support their career development objectives

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Demonstrated lead or management experience
  • 5+ years experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations Support, Quote Support, or Order Management
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com, Quote applications (preferably CPQ), MS Office, and G-suite, Tableau, and Salesforce Reporting

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in High-Tech/SaaS industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance or a related field
